1. Samantha Beck (Sam) has arrived. She has moved in and is registered in the village and has opened a bank account. Continue to pray for her introduction to her ministry here - though she was here for 3 months last year, there are a lot of changes and files to get reaquainted with.
2. Continue to pray for Dorthe, Sam and myself as we seek to grow together as a team and to be creative with the challenges we face, having a much smaller staff than in the past. (We are going to dinner together tonight - and are looking for opportunities to get to know one another better)
3. Last Friday a team of 11 young people from Northern Oreland arrived and have had a number of opportunities for tract distribution during the European Football (soccer) Championship. Continue to pray that God would use these young people (in their early 20s) and the tracts to make an impact on those with whom they have contact. I have not heard of any special interest shown by those who received the tracts, but is seems that the Lord has protected this group from confrontation or problems with those who are not happy about their efforts and faith.
4. This Friday morning, Myron Tschetter and his family will come to Kilchzimmer for a visit. Myron is assistant to the CEF VP in the International Ministries Department. I understand that he is coming to visit the USA sent missionaries here. Pray that God give us quality time together in the midst of a very busy schedule for the house and my department.
