We do thank you for you faithfulness in keeping us in prayer . We are
feeling blessing in our personal and ministry life. We appreciate it
too much. As the Sister Jane Tanner asks we put bellow the list of our needs.

Pray for Benaia our second daughter. This pm she was falling on the ground and broken her two tooth and lips, may be something broken on her nose too, the shock has been hard,  much blood shed. We went to the doctor of our city and he said that we must go to the specialist. She has difficulty to eat and to feed from Domoina.

Spiritual life:
Pray so that we may be strong spiritually; in our marriage, in education of our kids, in our ministries outside the home, in our church activities and social relationships.

Pray for our marriage so that we may keep studying Bible together daily, to handle daily problems under God’s power.

Education:
Pray for the education of our two daughters Aaiah and Benaia; so that the Lord guides us.

Studies:
Pray for the English study I do at the Malagasy Army Base and for the Studies I would like to do in International Sports Leadership in South Africa;
My wife Domoina would like to continue her study of Agri-Business Management, and Rural Development.

MInistries:
Sports MInistry: pray for the discipleship class of the Top Basketball players who have commited their life to Jesus during the last Basketball tournament. they are 24. pray so that we may find good place (house) to run the weekly discipleship class. Starting Sports MInistry in Ambohimangakely the area where we live. We will start on July 12th 2008. I have already met the Principal of the Public School the only one has outdoor basketball court and accept to network with us. Catholic schools have but far and do not want to network they believe that we are sects. Pray for the outreach we will do during the holydays from July 11th 2008 we will have Wednesday p.m from 12.30 to 16.30 and Saturday a.m from 7.00 to 11.30

Social Involvement:
Pray for the Evangelism we do to the poor people surronding us. We have 10 families who have visited , led to Christ and discipled. their needs are warm clothes and blankets because now, it is winter
until the mid of September;

Transportation:
Pray for vehicle for us for the transportation. If we go to the city it takes about 45minutes for 10 kilometers by bus. sometimes 1hour because of not the distance but there are many bus stops and they stay long time at the bus stop. if we have our own car we can save much times to do something else. and that helps us for the visits.

Computer:and LapTop with Video Projector
Pray for computer for the administrations.and LapTop and Video Projector for the Trainings.

Sports Materials:
Basketballs: we need 10 balls: Inflate 06: number 05 and Inflate 07 : number 05

House for Office.

The house where we live now has two rooms. the kitchen, toilets, and bathroom are outside.
pray so that we may find house that we can develop more our ministries.

Health Needs:

As you see in my lips. I have been under this disease from 1984. We tried many medecines and went to many doctors but we could not find solution. Many examinations have been done. The problem is every time I am tired in racing of the ministries or after doing intensive basketball practice there is wound on my lips appear. One doctor would like to give me a paper to do an examination to the “Institut Pastor” and we will see the result next month. Please pray for this examination to know exactly what the disease is ? and to know what the medicine is ?Thank you too much for your wiling to pray for us and to care for our needs.

Blessings

Dear,
Thank you too much for the support, we appreciate it too much. The basketball tournament is going well, we have a full opportunity to preach the Gospel to all of the top players, as for the last Saturday I preached in front of the four teams who were there, they are amazed of the truth of the Gospel and when I challenged them to make decision to repent from their sins and accept Jesus as their own Savior, 17 of them raised their hands and commit their life to Jesus. My goal is to make them disciples and train them to be mature Christian to lead others to Jesus. I continue to run the weekly practice with kids, on Wednesday pm and Saturday  from 7.00 to 9.00 am this month 7 kids commit their life to Jesus. My method is like this: I preach in mass then I ask kids if they have a questions from my preaching or teaching, I explain and challenge those who  come to me and pray with them. I also continue to preach Gospel to the poor people around us in Social Actions and train leaders from churches on Leadership and Discipleship. There are 8 families have been visited and led to Jesus, they are  families that we ministered during the hurricanes. I received three books, one Old Testament commentary, one New Testament Commentary and one Bible Dictionary from Gary Walvoord which are helpful to me for the preparation of Sermons and trainings even our couple Bible studies. We appreciate his gifts too much. I learn English in the Malagasy Army Base on Tuesday and Thursday am from 8.30 to 10.00 because I want to improve my English. It is the Network of the US Army and Embassy with the Malagasy Army. Thank you for praying for us and supporting us. Till now we see fruits of our ministries, Only to God is the Glory.

Please see in attached two photos: one of the Sports Outreach and one of the poor families evangelism.
God bless, these are our prayer requests:
Praise: for the fruits of the Sports Evangelism: basketball Tournament
for the Books OT, NT Commentary and Bible Dictionary
for the good health God gives us to serve Him
for the support: prayer and financial
Pray for: the Sport Outreach so that people come more to assist the game and so that the Lord touch the heart of the rest of the top players who are not commit their heart to Jesus yet, we will have three Saturdays to reach them the May 24th, 31st and June 7th 2008.
pray for the Evangelism we are doing to the poor people so that we may have wisdom how to meet their needs so that the Gospel may be evident to them.
Pray for the studies in International Sports Leadership in South Africa so that I may be accepted.
Pray for our Goal to focus all our ministries in Ambohimangakely from next July above all the Sports Outreach.
Pray for the new box of books Gary Walvoord will send this week

RASAMOELINA Prayer Request

Njaka Rasamoelina & Family

Hello,
I have gathered 5 christian basketball coaches who have in their hearts sports evangelism. We had two meetings in which we are convinced to organize an Evangelistic Basketball Tournament; most of the top basketball players in Mada are not reached by the Gospel, so our goal is to reach them. There are 12 teams of top players who will participate.  The tournament will start on April 19th 2008, we will invited a top christian singer/star to perform; many churches and christian organizations are mobilized to pray for it as well. I will give to them spiritual insights and Sports Evangelism training and also to the christian young people who will assist us.

Please pray for the evangelism we will do so that the Lord open their heart, so that the Holy Spirit works in the organization, and so that the Lord will provide the budget of $3,000.
The second thing I ask you is the email address of John Berger [Kathy, perhaps you can send this to Njaka?].

Two weeks ago I went to the poor people village where we did the social action to follow up with them. Five families have been visited and they said that they are thirsty for God’s Words; they said that there is no one willing to come to them because their village is classified as one of the poorest. Their need is Bible.  As Grant Faubion said suggested sending Gideon Bibles, I thought it important to mention that they would need to be in Malagasy, because the people cannot speak French nor English.  (Not sure if Gideon’s publish in Malagasy.)

blessings
